| The team at Mike?s saved me from having a breakdown during a very stressful time in my life. They, Ken in particular, went above and beyond the standard to make sure I didn?t stress and could rest easy knowing everything was being taken care of. The cost was way less than I expected and even though the parts needed were hard to get a hold of, everything was fixed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend these guys and won?t be seeing anyone else any time soon. |

| Just had work done on my 99 ChevS10 pickup, old age problems even though it has low miles, oil leaks and such. Super Professional staff, do what they say they're going to do. The pricing is transparent and consistent. You get an itemization for the estimate up front. For me, the value was well worth the cost. It's not that I couldn't have used the money elsewhere, but for me, spending the money on my truck was the best value long term for that money. |

| Mike?s has excellent customer service and offers pick up, drop off, and/or delivery service. They took a conservative approach and did not ?oversell? anything which is greatly appreciated. Thankful to find an auto mechanic I?m happy with going forward. |

| I cannot say enough about how wonderful Mike's Plum St is. My car overheated one day, they came and drove my car to the shop, called me that same day with what they found. They had my car back to me in record time!!! I don't think any other shop close to me can come close to comparing with the efficiency of Mike's Plum St. |

| I've been going there for 4 years+ and they are consistently friendly, honest, and do good work. Great service from the front office to the mechanics. They stand by their work. They are understanding for those of us who might not be able to fix everything all at once and will help prioritize what needs to get done. Really a stand-out team! Ken at the front desk is fantastic. I don't always give reviews, but Mike's has earned my review and my loyalty. I recommend Mike's to everyone in the area. |
