| I was more impressed than words can say. Everything about my recent visit was fabulous. Not only was I greeted warmly at the door, I was introduced to the other men at the counter to make me feel welcomed. All of my questions were answered in a way that I could understand them, and I was treated with respect. Being new to Olympia, I am so grateful that I took the recommendation of several owners at my condo complex. They were right...Mike's Plum St. business is the place to go. PLUS, the waiting area is comfortable. An added bonus is that valet service is available if I wanted to be taken home to wait for completion of my car service. I hit the jackpot in finding this business! I moved here from Edmonds and used the same car service place there for 37 years. I am a loyal person, and Mike's Plum St is now going to be the place where I will take my car. Thank you for your integrity, honesty, and kindness. Those qualities did not go unnoticed.
