| The staff at Mike's is knowledgeable, efficient and professionally friendly. The detailed estimate/cost I was given was the price I paid and my car was ready when they said it would be. I was also appreciative of the shuttle service. A great experience even under the circumstances (a full transmission replacement $$$$$$$)! |

| So when I needed to take my Ford Focus in to a mechanic because it was a little more than I could handle myself, I found this place and thought I?d give them a try. And after having bad experiences at many other local repair shops, it was great to have such a different experience this time around with Mikes Plum Street automotive! I will be returning here next time my car needs some attention. They were very honest with pricing and also they will transport you home or pick you up if need be and I believe it is free of cost! Also just great customer service which lately has been in short supply everywhere I go. I?m happy with them and would recommend them to family and friends in future. They must understand that word of mouth is the best form of advertising and not over charging people will increase the chances of return customers. And I?ll be one, so nice to have a mechanic you trust wow! Two thumbs up! |
