| As a new area resident, it is stressful finding service people. At Mike's, I got great first-time service at a fair price. I hoped I was choosing a mechanic wisely, and I was not disappointed. Mike's delivered as promised, and within the time estimate given. This included shuttling me back and forth to my home. All the guys working there were polite and friendly, and the work itself has stood up to my expectations. The welcome gift of a free car wash was icing on the cake! I will be returning to Mike's Plum Street Automotive for my future car care needs. |

| I have not been let down anytime my car has a problem Mike Plum is prompt to get my vehicle in and serviced as quickly as possible. And they pick you up and drop you off while your car is being serviced. |
