| Told service would be an hour when I phoned to make an appt. On arrival was asked when do you need the car. I advised I would wait as agreed . Representative had an attitude and said they'd do their best. The car was ready in an hour but the attitude and scheduling not appreciated. My name is Jonathan - not Jon. |
