| I was in town from CA and needed help with an auto repair. I found Ken at this repair shop and he got me in ahead of schedule and fixed the Van. He was empathetic and honest and found a solution to work on an old car. I highly recommend them. Very professional. |

| My car broke down on President's Day afternoon, just as I was driving home to Portland after a weekend in Olympia. I had to be back in Portland the next day. Mike's was busy; the lot was filled with cars. And still, they made a tremendous effort to get my car repaired same-day, and they pulled it off. I couldn't be more appreciative of their efforts. |
